About Us

Your growth starts here. Gear Up to Lead (GUTL) is a selective, college-wide leadership experience designed for students who are ready to grow — not because they have all the answers, but because they’re willing to ask meaningful questions. This Spring institute brings together a small cohort of students, alumni, and campus leaders for an immersive leadership journey focused on self-awareness, courage, connection, and action. This is not a lecture series. This is not about titles or résumés. This is about discovering how you lead — and who you’re becoming.
